Jasmine says she saw her sister fighting another student and rushed to break up the altercation. Then the officer grabbed her from behind and slammer her on the floor.
Ruben De Los Santos, the officer seen in the video and a member of the Rolesville Police Department has been placed on paid administrative leave.

Her name is Haunani-Kay Trask. I watched this video earlier today and I KNEW she looked familiar to me. The sad thing is that the only reason I remember her was because my first introduction to her was on a website that listed her as a “Terrible Bigot,” simply for wanting rights given back to her native people of Hawai’i. People always saw her as an aggressor and that’s INCREDIBLY disheartening :(
